A litigation chambers based in Delhi, organised around direct handling of matters from filing through to final hearing.

How the Chambers works

KM Law Chambers is a chambers practice, briefed on a matter-by-matter basis. Each engagement is handled directly, with drafting, filing, and court appearances managed within the Chambers rather than passed between departments.

The Chambers appears before the District Courts of Delhi, the Delhi High Court, and various tribunals and quasi-judicial forums, across civil, criminal, commercial and matrimonial matters.

Standards & conduct

The Chambers is registered with the Bar Council of Delhi and operates in accordance with the Advocates Act, 1961, and the Rules on Professional Standards laid down by the Bar Council of India, including restrictions on advertising and solicitation.
